All of our sandwiches are made to order including our Smoked Pork Bahn Mi (pictured) featuring Smoked Pork Loin, Hoisin BBQ Sauce, House Pickled Onions, Carrots, Radish, Cilantro & Siracha Aioli. We use Edna's Bakery, in San Luis Obispo, to source our fresh baked breads, daily.
Chef Jeff's Award
Chef Jeff is a four-time winner of the Paso Pinot and Paella Festival. Our "Paso Paella" features, Smoked Chicken & Linguica Sausage with Sauteed Peppers, Garlic, Onions & Tomato-Saffron Sofrito, topped with our Arugula Pesto and Dijon Cream Sauce. Look for him at this years festival in the downtown park in Templeton, on the first Sunday in June. Or join us for dinner at the restaurant every week as we feature "Paella Sunday", to taste our award winning Paella.
